Saturday 28 October 2023 - 11am-8pm

@somersgallery , @mexibrits , @embamex_gbr and @unam_uk are delighted to bring back the most incredible Mexican celebration to the heart of London for the third time: Dia de Muertos, A Celebration of Life: the biggest festival of the Day of the Dead in Europe.

💀 Expect: Catrin & Catrines parade, Culture, live music, Mexican street market, children & adults workshops, art, crafts, design, face Painting, films, poetry, dance and many other great surprises.

🇲🇽 Ossulston Street, Kings Cross will once again close for pedestrian use, to host a vast array of Mexican Market stalls including arts, crafts and clothing as well as London’s most famous Mexican Food and drink stalls, transporting everyone who passes by, straight to Mexico.

💀 The market will be decorated for the occasion with plenty of installations by local and Mexican artists celebrating life as we walk along. You will encounter a parade and live performers as you pass by, leading to the stage showcasing wonderful Mexican & Latino contemporary and traditional music with live bands and DJs.

Tenemos el honor de invitarles al Conversatorio "México Vota 2024: ¿Cómo obtener tu credencial desde el extranjero?". Este evento está diseñado especialmente para mexicanas y mexicanos que viven en Europa, y que creen en el poder de la voz ciudadana y en cómo esta trasciende fronteras. Para participar activamente en el Proceso Electoral 2023-2024, es fundamental contar con la Credencial para Votar en el Extranjero (CPVE) y con su registro en la Lista Nominal de Electores Residentes en el Extranjero (LNERE), por ello, en este Conversatorio estarán presentes expertos en el ámbito electoral, quienes no solo compartirán información esencial sobre los procesos de obtención de la CPVE y el registro en la LNERE, sino que también brindarán respuestas a todas las dudas de la comunidad.

Les animamos a unirse a este espacio para hacer oír su voz en las elecciones más grandes de la historia de México.
