This autumn, MexiBrit brings the vibrant traditions of Día de Muertos back to Canopy Market in King’s Cross for an even bigger three-day celebration of Mexican culture, food, music and creativity. 🇲🇽🌼
Following the success of last year’s celebration, this year we’re taking over a bigger area, with more food traders, more Mexican makers and a dedicated Mexican drinks bar by Sagrado.
Under Canopy Market’s beautiful Victorian steel and glass roof, the space will be transformed into a colourful Mexican fiesta celebrating one of Mexico’s most iconic traditions.
🎉 What to Expect
- 💀 A bigger Mexican craft market, with independent Mexican makers, designers and artists offering jewellery, fashion, art, gifts and Día de Muertos-inspired pieces.
- 🌮 More Mexican street food, with a fantastic selection of tacos, Mexican specialities, pan dulce and sweet treats.
- 🍹 Sagrado Mexican Drinks Bar — enjoy a dedicated bar celebrating the flavours and spirit of Mexico, with Sagrado’s range of Mexican drinks and cocktails served throughout the weekend. The perfect place to grab a drink.
- 🎶 Live music and entertainment, including mariachi, Mexican dance and our spectacular Día de Muertos procession.
- 💃🏽 This Is Mexico Dance Group, Mariachi El Mexicano and Los Soneros del Valle de Oaxaca bringing the colours, sounds and traditions of Mexico to Canopy Market.
- 🌼 A Community Ofrenda, where visitors can leave photos, flowers or messages to remember and honour loved ones.
