This autumn, join us as MexiBrit brings the vibrant traditions of Día de Muertos to the historic Canopy Market in King’s Cross.
Under a stunning Victorian steel and glass roof, this bustling market hall—originally built in the 1850s and now lovingly revived by Real Food Markets—will be transformed into a three-day fiesta of colour, music, and culture. Known for championing small, independent producers, Canopy Market is the perfect home for this lively celebration of life and remembrance.
🎉 What to Expect
- A specially curated Mexican craft market, with stalls offering unique handmade jewellery, fashion, art, and Día de Muertos décor.
- Mexican street food and pan dulce to savour, alongside craft drinks and the Cazcabel X Mexclub Tequila Bar.
- Live entertainment, including Mariachi and traditional dance performance with the unmissable Day of the Dead procession , filling the market with music, spectacle, and community spirit: Saturday 4pm and Sunday 2pm featuring This is Mexico Dance Group and Mariachi El Mexicano.
- Community Ofrenda, where visitors can join in the tradition by leaving photos, flowers, or messages to remember and honour loved ones.
