Guacamole con Salsa Verde Mamá Reyna

 

Ingredients (Serves 3-4):

1 Large ripe avocado

1 jar Salsa Verde Mamá Reyna 100g

½ Lime juice

2 tbsp double cream (optional)

Salt to taste

 

Method (Preparation time 15 min) :

1.Cut the avocado in halves and remove the stone; with a spoon, scoop it out into a bowl and mash it with a fork.
2.Add 2 or 3 table spoons of Salsa Verde Mamá Reyna.
3.Add lime juice to taste and salt if needed.
4.Mix it all together, (Optional: Add double cream for a vegetarian version).
5.Enjoy this delicious and tangy guacamole in tacos, with corn chips or as a side dish with rice or pasta!!

TIP: Keep an avocado stone in the guacamole, it will help retard the natural darkening of the avocado together with the lime juice.
