La Chuleta Press - Mexican contemporary illustration, prints, murals, clothing and more!

La Chuleta Press is an independent illustration project based in Manchester, UK, that combines Mexican Day of the Dead inspired art and Rock’n Roll. At La Chuleta Press the Day of the Dead is all year round!

With a passion for illustration and printmaking with the aim to produce affordable original imagery that projects a little bit of our beloved Mexico, artist Raul Gutierrez Loya established La Chuleta Press in 2015 creating his very own style of hand drawn Mexican cheeky calaveras (skeletons) which he applies to prints, murals, greetings cards and much more!

At La Chuleta Press we also create commissioned work in our Day of the Dead inspired style such as personalised wedding invitations and individual and family portraits.
