We’re beyond thrilled to have had Charro @franco_covarrubiasp at the Mexican Christmas Market this weekend at @tacos_el_pastor @coaldropsyard

🎄🇲🇽 Coming all the way from Guadalajara and Los Cabos, Franco grew up learning the art of floreo from his family, and we were lucky enough to witness his incredible talent in London at the 5th Mexican Christmas Market. 🙌

The art of floreo in charrería dates back to the colonial era, evolving from a cattle-catching technique into a graceful art form. Iconic movements like the “polka in flight” and “espina” are now key parts of this rich tradition. Today, floreo continues to inspire, with charros innovating and honoring their heritage. 🤠✨
