Everyday Mexican
Mexican food does not need to be only for special occasions! In this workshop we will cook 3 everyday dishes that can be prepared in an hour and are perfect for a midweek feast. I will introduce to you a traditional everyday dish known in Mexico as “dry soup” ( any pasta or rice dish that begins like a soup and dries while cooking) and we will prepare a simple chicken stew that is perfect for tacos. As a side, we will make a healthy cactus salad and I will also show you how to make the perfect guacamole.

Mexican Fiesta! How to cook and serve a traditional “taquiza”
When catering a party, serving tacos can be an excellent idea or a messy one! In this workshop we will cook some of the dishes that you would traditionally find in a Mexican taquiza. I will show you how to organize your “taco buffet” and you will get not only the recipes we cooked but a few more that will allow you to serve your own taquiza!

Rajas (poblano peppers) with sour cream

(Those are the recipes we will cook in the workshop; you will also get recipes for a salsa, refried beans, and minute steak with pasilla chile)
