Led by the charismatic Jorge Hernández, flanked by his talented brothers Hernán, Eduardo, and Luis, alongside cousin Oscar Lara, Los Tigres del Norte are more than just a band; they are storytellers weaving tales of struggles, triumphs, romances, and heartbreaks. Born to campesino parents in a small village in Sinaloa, this family band has been serenading audiences since the late 1950s.
With a discography boasting over 70 albums, Los Tigres del Norte have transformed Norteño music, infusing it with the soulful vibes of boleros, the infectious rhythms of cumbias, the energy of rock, and the timeless elegance of waltzes.
In 2019, they made history by becoming the first musical act, since the legendary Johnny Cash, to film a concert at Folsom Prison.
